Most quotes are back within about fifteen minutes during opening hours — Mon–Fri 8AM–6PM, Sat 9AM–2PM. Requests that need the wider network polled, or a remanufacturing quote, can take a working day.

The price and the condition grade we quote are what you pay. If a part turns out not to match the grade once it is in hand, it does not ship — we tell you and keep looking.

Fitment & identification

Every quote is checked against factory catalogues and interchange data using your VIN, the casting or original part number, or photographs. Nothing ships on a guess.

Usually, yes. Photographs of both faces of the part in daylight, plus any tag or stamping, are enough to identify most components on sight. WhatsApp is the fastest way to send them.

Tell us the standard you are building to and we will say plainly whether a part is date-correct, period-correct or simply serviceable, and price the options separately.

Condition & remanufacturing

NOS, NORS, REMAN, USED-A, USED-B and REPRO. Each one is defined on the How It Works page, and every quote states which grade you are buying.

In most cases. Engines, gearboxes, carburettors, starters, alternators, brake boosters and steering boxes are routinely rebuilt to factory tolerance from a customer core and returned warranted.

We tell you before any work is charged, and switch to sourcing a replacement core or having the part reproduced by our ODM partners.

Warranty, returns & shipping

90 days as standard on every part supplied. Remanufactured engines and transmissions carry 6 to 12 months depending on the unit and the application.

Thirty days on unfitted parts in their original packaging. Contact the parts desk before shipping anything back so the return is logged against your order.

We do, if the part was mis-identified, supplied incorrectly or arrived damaged. On a change-of-mind return the buyer covers return carriage.

Two to five business days across the 48 states for parcel-sized items. Freight items are booked with a delivery appointment where the address needs one.

Trade, fleet & restoration shops

Yes — restoration shops, classic dealers, workshops and fleet operators run accounts with priority sourcing, consolidated shipping and terms. Ask the parts desk to open one.

We can stage parts against a build and release them as the job reaches each stage, so a restoration is not paying to store its own inventory.

Export is handled case by case. Send the request with the destination country and we will price the freight and the paperwork with the parts.
